NEW CITY — A self-proclaimed modeling agent from Rockland and Westchester counties was sentenced yesterday to 2 to 4 years in prison for stealing $16,000 from a Nanuet furniture store. The sentence was tied to allegations that he raped a 17-year-old topless dancer in a Yonkers motel after he convinced her that he ran a modeling agency. Altman was released from prison in April 1999.
