That is the answer to it all. Just love everybody. I mean, why not? Be one step ahead of the person you are talking to. Listen, interpit and then respond. Give because it is the nice thing to do, not because you are going to get somnething out of it. Help people in their career. You would have liked that help when you where starting off. I always remember people who helped me. I also remember the ones who didn't, just as much.
